We offer conventional and organic quality.
In addition to our own cleaning, packaging and storage, we operate various mills and oil presses at the same location and offer semi-finished products made from oilseeds and legumes.
In spice industry a special focus is put on mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and products made from it as
- Mustard flours (yellow mustard flour, brown mustard flour, oriental mustard flour: upon customer request, no deoiling, partial deoiling or defusing)
- Mustard meal (yellow, brown and oriental mustard meal)
- Fenugreek flours
- Fenugreek grits
- Mustard oil
Another focus is the production of vegan flours from chickpeas, peas and lentils and beans for the food industry
